By using tana services, including the Tana Studio desktop application and the tana website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
tana provides a VTuber community platform and Tana Studio, an AI-assisted desktop video editing application for content creators. The Studio application allows you to edit videos and, with your explicit authorization, publish content directly to third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Tana Studio may connect to third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) on your behalf. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Tana Studio to upload content to those platforms using credentials you provide. You remain solely responsible for all content published through these integrations and must comply with each platform's own terms of service.
Tana Studio does not store your third-party credentials on any external server. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored locally on your device only.
You agree not to use our services to:
All content you create and upload using Tana Studio remains your property. You grant tana a limited license only to the extent necessary to operate the services (e.g., temporary processing of video files for encoding). tana retains ownership of all software, branding, and platform content.
Tana Studio and tana services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platform integrations depend on those platforms' APIs and may be affected by their changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
